The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018, designed to modernise laws that protect the personal information of individuals. However, there have been different interpretations of what GDPR compliance means and ambiguity remains over whether these interpretations are enough to ensure the the law is upheld.

iotec have been very close to the developments and implementation of GDPR and we believe the spirit of this law must be strictly upheld for the benefit of consumers and the industry. We can offer our expertise to assess compliance and implement any processes required.
